1. Who we are
FitTogether: Health & Fitness (the “App”) is operated by Alfie Siddle under the name FitTogether (“FitTogether”, “we”, “us” or “our”). For data-protection purposes, Alfie Siddle is the controller of personal information handled by FitTogether. Contact us at support@fittogetherapp.co.uk.
2. Information we may process
The categories below reflect FitTogether’s current App Store privacy declarations. The information actually processed depends on the features you use, permissions you grant and details you choose to provide.

When you contact support, we also receive the information in your message and any details you choose to send. Basic technical request information may be processed automatically by hosting and backend providers to deliver and secure the service.
3. Apple Health and health information
FitTogether may ask for permission to read or write specific types of Apple Health data. Apple’s permission controls let you approve or refuse access for each requested type, and you can change those choices in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
Information held by Apple in HealthKit remains subject to Apple’s controls and terms. Deleting your FitTogether account does not automatically delete information already stored in Apple Health; manage that information through Apple Health.
4. How and why we use information
We process information to:
- create, authenticate and maintain your account;
- save your profile, goals, programmes, progress and preferences;
- provide the health, fitness and personalisation features you request;
- confirm StoreKit purchases and unlock subscription entitlements;
- answer support, privacy and account-deletion requests;
- maintain service security, prevent misuse, diagnose problems and meet legal obligations.
Depending on the context, our UK data-protection grounds are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in safely operating and improving the service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent. Where processing involves health or other special-category information, we rely on your explicit consent where required. You may withdraw consent, but this does not affect earlier lawful processing and may stop the relevant feature from working.
5. Service providers and disclosure
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, respond to you, comply with law or protect rights and security.
- Supabase: backend authentication and account-scoped storage for profile, programme and related synced records.
- Apple: Apple Health permissions and data on your device, and StoreKit/App Store purchase and subscription processing. Apple processes payments; FitTogether does not receive your full payment-card details.
- Infrastructure providers: hosting, email and security services used to deliver the website, App and support.
Providers may process information under their own terms or on our instructions. If information is transferred outside the UK, we use an applicable safeguard or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism.
6. Retention and security
We keep account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. After deletion, information is removed or anonymised, subject to limited retention in backups, transaction records, fraud-prevention records or where law requires or permits retention. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to resolve the request and maintain an appropriate record.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted network connections where supported. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update some information in the App, change Apple Health permissions through Apple’s controls, manage subscriptions through your Apple Account, or delete your FitTogether account. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent.
To exercise a right, email support@fittogetherapp.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Children
FitTogether is not designed to collect personal information from children who cannot lawfully consent to its processing. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorisation, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, App or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here, update its effective date and provide additional notice in the App when appropriate.
